600 Chinese Reporters Join Hands with Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou to Build the Road of Health for Philippines

In the morning of December 15, 2012, inaugural ceremony of new Manila Chinese reporter’s staff and Christmas gathering were successfully held in Pacific center of the Royale Sharkfin Seafood Restaurant. To take this opportunity, Manila Chinese press conference and Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou, China held a joint health lecture entitled with "away from the tumor". Attending doctor Peng XiaoChi invented as the special guest coming from Guangzhou hosted this lecture.  

In the site, Professor Peng XiaoChi of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou has given a detailed introduction about common malignant tumors, including the etiology, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, prevention, etc., and popularized audience friends with science knowledge related to cancer prevention and control. He pointed out that, along with the development of medical technology, cancer is no longer an incurable disease, and the key for cancer prevention and control lies in early prevention, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.

In the scene, Professor Peng XiaoChi also had interaction with audience in view of their questions. After the lecture, the audiences have said: this is a very meaningful health lecture, not only lets us improve the self health care consciousness, but also enhances the scientific cancer prevention awareness. Finally, they hoped that Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou could hold more similar health knowledge lectures in Manila to help improve health level of local people.
