Things that affect the immune system




The immune system is the most important system of the body when it comes to preventing diseases. It also restricts tumors and cancerous growths inside the body. We are all born with different levels of immune systems. Some have a stronger immune system than others. But there are many factors such as person’s sleep, diet, mood and age, etc will affect the immune system.

Insomnia –it’s easy to directly or indirectly lead to tumors. The expert explained that many immune cells are generated during the night or mature, and build a “firewall” for our health.
