Food therapy makes women healthier:




1)   Eat bananas if you are happening to dysmenorrheal;

2)   Eat more animal liver, lean meat and spinach while drink less strong tea and coffee if you have anemia;

3)   Take some warm milk with honey during your menstruation;

4)   Have whole grain foods and kelp if you are suffering to any breast diseases;

5)   Eat some redskin fruits and vegetables if you have gynecological tumor;

6)   Eat soy products if you are low in estrogen;

7)   Eat garlic to prevent fungal vaginitis;

8)   Intake folic acid if you have cervical cancer;

9)   Eat more calcium foods such as shrimp if you are happening to ovarian cancer;

10)               Drink some red wine to prevent breast cancer.
